The Judgement in a Nutshell
The definition of religion extends to belief structures that also don’t have a god. Why this is important to consider is that our schools are teaching a religion called “Secular Humanism” to the exclusion of all others. That is how the UN Agenda is making its way into our school systems. Secular Humanism rejects all form of religion as the basis of morality, relying instead on science and philosophy to form those judgements. It is how we end up with philosophies of same-sex marriages, Safe School’s programs, gender equality and the rest of our current set of “humanist” belief structures being programmed onto our children—without our say.
Whether you agree with this stance or not, the fact that this religion—Human Secularism—is now being taught in schools to the exclusion of all others should be of concern to every Australian as it violates our individual freedom of religion. Our moral code is being decided by the State Government pushing its Communist religion of Human Secularism ignoring OUR individual Freedom to determine our moral code. My right as a free-thinking parent NOT to have my children indoctrinated into Secular Humanism or Islam by the State must be upheld.
Secondly the freedom to practice a religion is given to the person—not the religion itself. That means people in Australia are free to believe in whatever they want but freedom of religion does not cover the belief system. There is no law to stop the criticism of any belief system and any attempt at introducing blasphemy legislation to stop the criticism of a religion goes against free thinking—the cornerstone of any free society.
But here is the extra kicker from the Supreme Court finding.— the practice of a religion if it offends the ordinary laws of Australia (as many of islamic practices do), is no longer has immune under “freedom of religion”. In other words, moslems can and should be challenged at law for going outside our laws.
Further Islam could be challenged for its ongoing incitement against our ordinary laws. It could be easily proved that moslems break our laws due to incitement from Imams and the fundamental teachings of Islam. One could make the case to ban the quran and have it permanently removed from our shores, in its current form.
The practice of Islam violates our ordinary laws when it incites its believers to:

kill people that leave Islam;

kill people who criticise their religion or their prophet;

eradicate Jews;

beat wives;

practice polygamy;

treat women as unequal;

give men double the share of any inheritance;

marry children and have sexual relations with minors (emulating mohammed)

mutilate the genitals of their females;

establish a caliphate and islamic governance into Australia;

bring Australia under submission of islam;

practice intolerance towards other religions and their adherents;

adhere to islamic law above the law of any host country.
There are many other demands of Islam that are offensive to our society’s laws that would cause a believer on acting out any of these “religious practices” to offend the ordinary laws of Australia.
Islam through its quran and various religious texts can be shown to render this religion incompatible with Australian law and outside the protection of UN’s “freedom of religion”.
This 1983 Ruling on Religion should allow Australians living in Victoria to mount a case for the exclusion of Islam in its current form as “unsuitable” for Australian society.
While we are at it let’s also remove Secular Humanism out of our education system. The fact that any STATE could push this Communist religion is illegal and needs to be challenged, stopped and removed out of our school system.
Islam is far worse than any mafia. But is run along the same lines...."only way out is in a wooden box, pay the extortion fee or we will send in the concrete shoe maker, we want your building, so sell or we will burn it down....." Islam is the world's most successful, violent criminal network. It forces people to join, kills them if they don't obey or want to leave, and collects proceeds of multiple organised criminal collections procedures. Like extortion rackets, war booty, etc.
Religious freedoms, tax exemptions, and rights do not apply to criminal organizations! Time islam lost its privileged protected position and was made to adhere to Australian laws or be treated as a Crime Syndicate and banned.

1. Gender Inequality: Shariah explicitly relegates women to a status inferior to men. ·
2. Testimony of a woman before a judge is worth half that of a man: “And get two witnesses, not of your own men, and if there are not two men, then a man and two women, such as ye choose for witnesses.” (Q 2:282)
3. Women are to receive just one half the inheritance of a male: “Allah thus directs you as regards your children’s inheritance: to the male, a portion equal to that of two females….” (Q 4:11)
4. Muslim men are given permission by Allah in the Quran to beat their wives: “As to those women on whose part ye fear disloyalty and ill conduct, admonish them first, next refuse to share their beds, and last, beat them.” (Q 4:34)
5. Muslim men are given permission by Allah to commit marital rape, as they please: “Your wives are as a tilth unto you, so approach your tilth when or how ye will….” (Q 2: 223)
6. Muslim men are permitted to marry up to four wives and to keep concubines in any number: “…Marry women of your choice, two, or three, or four; but if ye fear that ye shall not be able to deal justly with them, then only one, or a captive that your right hands possess…” (Q 4:3)
Muslim women may marry only one Muslim man and are forbidden to marry a non-Muslim: “And give not (your daughters) in marriage to Al-Mushrikun [non-Muslims] till they believe in Allah alone and verily a believing slave is better than a (free) Mushrik, even though he pleases you….” (Q 2:221)
A woman may not travel outside the home without the permission of her male guardian and must be accompanied by a male family member if she does so: “A woman may not leave the city without her husband or a member of her unmarriageable kin….accompanying her, unless the journey is obligatory, like the hajj. It is unlawful for her to travel otherwise, and unlawful for her husband to allow her.” (‘Umdat al-Salik, m10.3)
Under shariah, to bring a claim of rape, a Muslim woman must present four male Muslim witnesses in good standing. Islam thus places the burden of avoiding illicit sexual encounters entirely on the woman. In effect, under shariah, women who bring a claim of rape without being able to produce the requisite four male Muslim witnesses are admitting to having had illicit sex. If she or the man is married, this amounts to an admission of adultery. The following Quranic passages, while explicitly applying to men are cited by shariah authorities and judges in adjudicating rape cases: “And those who accuse free women then do not bring four witnesses (to adultery), flog them…” Q 24:4) “Why did they not bring four witnesses to prove it? When they have not brought the witnesses, such men, in the sight of Allah, stand forth themselves as liars!” (Q 24:13)
A Muslim woman who divorces and remarries loses custody of children from a prior marriage: “A woman has no right to custody of her child from a previous marriage when she remarries because married life will occupy her with fulfilling the rights of her husband and prevent her from tending the child.” (‘Umdat al-Salik, m13.4)

The court heard the teenager, who cannot be named, pleaded guilty to assaulting eight women and girls on a Surfers Paradise beach in January 2016. The judge accepted that seeing girls in bikinis is different to the environment in which he grew up.”

Wow, this is utterly insane. So much so that the case has even drawn international attention. One American commentator, Michael Brown, for example said this in part about the case:

As for the idea that the teen came from a different culture and therefore was not fully responsible, how far will the courts take such logic?
“Your honor, I killed my daughter because she disgraced the family by dating a non-Muslim boy.”
“Your honor, I poisoned my son because he apostasized from the Islamic faith and became a Christian.”
“Your honor, I burned down the TV station because one of the hosts made disparaging comments about the Quran.”
“Your honor, I butchered the cartoonist because he mocked the prophet Muhammad.”
“Your honor, that’s just what we do in our culture. Please understand I wasn’t used to your way of doing things, and I’ll do better next time.”
Would the judge accept arguments like these? Hardly. (Or perhaps this same judge would accept such arguments. That’s what is really scary.)
What if you came from a cannibalistic culture where tribal disputes were settled with knife fights, and the winners ate the losers? How would this play out in court?
“Your honor, yes, it’s true that I roasted and ate my neighbor, but it’s a cultural thing. If I had lost the fight, I assumed he would have done the same to me. So, can I go home now?”
The Message It Sends
It’s bad enough that these girls and women have to deal with the trauma of being assaulted and groped. It’s even worse when the court sympathizes with their attacker rather than with them, finding a reason to look the other way. And what kind of message does this send to other Muslim immigrants, who will surely hear of this court case in the days to come?
Ironically, if an Australian woman living in Afghanistan decided to dress as she did in her home country, she’d be lucky to escape a mob assault on the streets, let alone experience leniency from the court. Yet in Australia, a young man guilty of multiple sexual assaults is let off the hook because of his Muslim background.
This is being open-minded to the point of utter foolishness. It sets a very dangerous precedent too.

"So here I have been foolishly warning all these years that unless we are vigilant, we will have sharia law in Australia. Um, foolish me. As the above examples should make perfectly clear, we ALREADY DO have sharia law operating here. We have in effect a two-tiered legal system in operation.
Muslims seem to be exempt from Australian laws and are being judged by a different standard for their crimes – by an Islamic standard. They are getting away with murder – or almost. It seems that any rape, sexual assault, polygamous marriage, or under-age marriage can be excused here because it is simply ‘what Muslims do’.
Well, they can do it all they like where they come from, but they certainly should not be doing it here in the West. The only thing worse than these Muslim immigrants who refuse to abide by Western values and laws are those dhimmi judges who are siding against their own countries as they side with law-breaking Muslims.
Shame on them – they should be given the sack immediately and replaced with real judges who will uphold and defend Western laws and values. If not, say goodbye to the West".
